In the late 2000s, Gustavo Donn began to communicate with important businessmen in Argentina in order to create a Federal Network of resellers, initially known as “Red de Tecnología” and later in 2009, it was established as RETEC.
In its beginnings, it had only 12 partner companies who shared the interest of being a part of this community
